/How it works · Step 1 of the Intensive
See your leadership the way your team sees it.
The Leadership Gap Pulse is a short, confidential survey of your team, paired with the same questions for you and your partners. It is the first step of every Leadership Gap Intensive.
Book a free 20-minute Gap Call/01 · What it asks
Questions about behavior, not feelings.
“Do our meetings end with a clear owner and a date?” gets a more useful answer than “Are you happy here?” The Pulse asks about things people see every week:
- Whether people know what matters most this quarter
- Whether decisions stick or bounce back to the owner
- Whether bad news reaches leaders early
- Whether the partners send the same message
- Whether people can see a future in the business
/02 · Why it’s honest
Three rules make the team’s answers worth reading.
Rule 1ConfidentialYou see themes, never names. If people think answers can be traced back, you get polite answers.
Rule 2Behavior, not feelingsQuestions about what happens, so the answers point at something you can change.
Rule 3An outside readerOwners reading their own team’s feedback tend to explain it away. John reads it and tells you what it says.
/03 · What you get
Your view and your team’s view, side by side.
A plain readout showing where the two views match and where they don’t, and the two or three gaps that look most expensive. That readout becomes the starting point for your 90-day plan.
The Pulse is included in the Leadership Gap Intensive. It isn’t sold on its own right now.
