Is this a sales call?
No pitch deck. You tell John what’s not working, he asks questions, and he tells you plainly whether there’s a leadership gap worth working on. If there isn’t, or it’s an HR problem, he’ll say so.
What should I come ready to talk about?
Your business and how many people are on the team, what’s not working right now, and what you’ve already tried. That’s it. No prep work.
What happens after the call?
If it looks like a fit, John follows up with a scope for a Leadership Gap Intensive. If not, you’ll leave with at least one thing to try. Either way, there’s no obligation.
