This policy explains what information Bishoff Advisory collects through bishoffadvisory.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Bishoff Advisory is a leadership advisory firm in Spanish Fork, Utah, founded by John Bishoff.
What we collect
When you book a Gap Call. Booking runs through GoHighLevel, a scheduling and CRM tool. It collects the details you enter: your name, email, phone number, and any notes you add. Your booking is added to John’s Google Calendar, and the call runs on Google Meet.
When you email us. We receive whatever you include in your message.
When you use the Leadership Gap Scorecard. Your answers stay in your browser. They are not sent to us or saved.
When you visit the site. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) for security and reliability. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google. We don’t currently use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. If that changes, we’ll update this policy first.
Please leave out confidential details
When you book or talk with us, please don’t share confidential client, patient or employee information. We don’t need it to understand your situation.
How we use it
- To schedule and hold your Gap Call and send confirmations and reminders
- To follow up about the call and any work you ask about
- To keep the site secure and working
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Who else handles it
We use a small number of service providers to run the site and bookings: our website host, GoHighLevel for scheduling, and Google for calendar, video calls and email. They handle your information on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and contact details as long as needed to follow up and run our business, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email john@bishoffadvisory.com.
Children
This site is for business owners and leaders. It isn’t directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
