Bishoff Advisory is a leadership advisory firm in Spanish Fork, Utah, founded by John Bishoff. We help owners of firms with 20–80 people see how their team actually experiences their leadership, then build a 90-day plan to close the gap.
Who do you work with?
Owner-led firms of about 20–80 people, usually with no senior HR leader and an owner still in the middle of most decisions. That includes healthcare practices, professional services firms and trades. See who we help.
Is this HR consulting?
No. We work on leadership, strategy and structure. We don’t do payroll, handbooks, compliance, hiring paperwork or terminations. If what you need is HR support, we’ll tell you.
What is the Leadership Gap?
The distance between how the owner thinks the business is being led and how the team actually experiences it. More on the Leadership Gap.
How much does it cost?
The Gap Call and the Scorecard are free. The Leadership Gap Intensive is scoped on your Gap Call, based on how many leaders, people and locations are involved. You get a clear scope and price before you commit.
How long does it take?
The Leadership Gap Intensive runs 90 days. Monthly advisory afterward is optional.
