Monthly Leadership Advisory is a standing monthly session for owners and core leaders who have finished the Leadership Gap Intensive. It keeps the plan moving after the first 90 days.

Most plans fade by month four.

Busy seasons hit. A key person leaves. Old habits come back. A monthly session gives your leaders a fixed time to check the plan, deal with what’s new, and keep decisions where they belong.

• Review the 90-day plan: what’s done, what’s stuck, what’s next
• Work through the new problem of the month with owners and core leaders
• Help with hard conversations: partners, managers, key people
• A periodic re-check of the gap with your team

After the Intensive.

Monthly advisory is offered to owners who have completed the Leadership Gap Intensive, so we’re working from a measured starting point. Scope is set together at the end of the 90 days.
